JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 12-06-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP appearing on behalf of the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Shastri Nagar P.S. Case No.242 of 2016, registered under Sections 363 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation in brief is that the petitioner enticed away 16 years old minor daughter of the informant in conspiracy with his sister and mother.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner as well as the daughter of the informant are major and they were in love relationship, both eloped and married. The girl has stated so in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., her age was assessed by the learned Magistrate as 20 years and her voter identity card also reflects her age showing her

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Judge IV, Patna in connection with Shastri Nagar P.S.
