The petitioner seeks bail in Dulhin Bazar P.S. Case No. 74 of 2011, corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 1060(A) of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Deomuni Ram the father of the deceased alleged that his daughter Bimi Devi was married to Manoj Ram about 15 years ago. Her husband, father-in-law, mother-in-law and other in-laws were subjecting her to physical torture and he came to know that all the accused persons burnt his daughter to death. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is father-in-law and mother-in-law of the victim has already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11823 of 2015 (2) dt.08-04-2015 2/2 5382 of 2012. The petitioner is in jail since 14.10.2014. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge 5th, Danapur (Patna) in connection with Dulhin Bazar P.S. Case No. 74 of 2011, corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 1060(A) of 2013.
