JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-07-2017 Petitioner's prayer for grant of anticipatory bail was earlier dismissed by this Court vide order dated 16.3.2016 with direction to surrender and seek regular bail. I do not find any ground to reconsider the prayer for bail. The instant bail petition is disposed of with direction to the petitioner to surrender and seek regular bail within a period of three weeks from today, which would be disposed of on its own merit preferably the same day without prejudice.
