2. The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Narhiya P.S. Case No. 95 of 2024 (G.R. No. 203 of 2024), registered for the offence punishable under Sections 137(2), 352 and 3(5) of the B.N.S.

3. Considering the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, who has just emerged as an adult and has thrown himself in the world of crime and his act is not in public interest and for the society, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on pre-arrest bail.
