Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20524 of 2017 (2) dt.12-06-2017 2/3 The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Muffasil (Singhaul) P. S. Case No. 345 of 2014 instituted under Sections 147, 323, 341, 354, 379, 447, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation, in brief, is that the petitioners came to the house of the informant and on the orders of the petitioner nos. 1, 2 and 3, on the point of pistol, petitioner nos. 4, 5 and 6 outraged her modesty and petitioner nos. 7, 8 , 9 and 10 snatched away her gold chain and ear ring.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to land dispute, petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case and the police, after investigation, submitted final form against the petitioners showing non-involvement of the petitioners in the case, save and except, under Section 504 of the Indian Penal Code only against Sujeet Kumar, petitioner no. 7 but later on, cognizance has been taken against all accused persons in all sections mentioned in the FIR without any material in the case dairy.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, namely, Sanjay Kumar Jha, Vijay Kumar Jha, Sanjeev Kumar @ Sanjeev Kumar Singh, Amit Kumar, Ranjeet Kumar, Sujeet Kumar, Ramnunu Singh @ Ran

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20524 of 2017 (2) dt.12-06-2017 3/3 Nunu Singh, Biren Kumar Singh, Ashok Kumar Singh and Manish Kumar, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Rameshwar Mishra, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Muffasil (Singhaul) P.S.Case No. 345 of 2014; subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
