The petitioner is in custody in connection with Nautan (Jagdishpur) P.S. Case No. 52 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in theft of motorcycle but the case was registered against unknown. Petitioner is in custody since 03.06.2019.

Considering the fact that the case was registered against unknown, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
