Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 354, 379/34 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that for blocking the road the occurrence took place and it is alleged that all accused persons assaulted the informant and the specific allegation is against one Manoj Thakur giving the knife blow over the head of the nephew of the informant.

It is submitted that there is land dispute between both sides and specific allegation is only against Manoj Thakur and not

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioners, namely, Shambhu Thakur @ Shambhu Sharan Thakur, Babita Devi and Vina Devi be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in connection with Warish Nagar P.S. Case No.21 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
