Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that Case No. 213 of 2016 for enhancement of compensation amount is pending before the Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority (L.A.R.R.A.), Muzaffarpur for the last six years. Accordingly, submission is that L.A.R.R.A., Muzaffarpur may be directed to decide the case of the petitioners in accordance with law within a reasonable frame of

Taking into consideration the fact that case filed by the petitioners is pending for the last six years, L.A.R.R.A., Muzaffarpur is directed to dispose the Case No. 213 of 2016 within a period of six months positively.
