One country made loaded pistol and a mobile phone are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner when petitioner along with some others had assembled to make preparation for committing dacoity. Petitioner is in jail custody since 21.07.2015 and prior to institution of the present case, he was made accused in Chowk P.S.Case No. 155 of 2015. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation co-accused Vikas Kumar @ Amresh @ Amresh Kumar @ Chhotu has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with
