The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Chiraiya P.S. Case No. 211 of 2016 registered under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the matter is of love affair. Petitioner and the victim have solemnized marriage. Victim in her statement under section 164 Cr. P.C. has stated that she was not kidnapped by any one. She married with the petitioner and she wants to live at her matrimonial home. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Case No. 211 of 2016 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
