JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 10-01-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Bhagalpur Mahila P.S. Case No. 10 of 2017, disclosing offences under Sections 498(A), 341, 323, 354(A), 504, 506, 509/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is of subjecting cruelty and harassment to the informant with respect to demand of dowry. Petitioner nos.1 & 2 are Bhaisur and petitioner no.3 is Gotni.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that no specific allegation has been attributed against any of the petitioner. Further, they have no criminal antecedents. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above

Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Bhagalpur, in connection with Bhagalpur Mahila P.S. Case No. 10 of 2017, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) Amjad/- U T
