Earlier, the bail petition of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 15.04.2021 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 6453 of 2021 (Annexure-1).

On last occasion, vide order dated 05.01.2022, a report was called for from the court below regarding stage of the trial, which has been received and from perusal of the same, it appears that cognizance has already been taken and the case is pending for appearance of accused person.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is in custody since 28.09.2020 and there is no adequate progress in the trial.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Araria in connection with Forbesganj (Simraha) P.S. Case No. 489 of 2020.
