JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-07-2017 Prayer for anticipatory bail to the petitioner, who happens to be the husband of the deceased, was earlier refused by this Court on 18.12.2015.

As I do not find any ground to reconsider the prayer for anticipatory bail to the petitioner, the instant bail petition is dismissed with direction to surrender and seek regular bail which would be disposed of, preferably on the same, on its own merit without prejudice.
