This application has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the opposite party No. 2 vide order dated 16.2.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. 4456 of 2017. From the order granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner, this Court finds no reason to interfere in the same. The petitioner has civil remedy for his grievance as mentioned in the aforesaid order.
