====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 21-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner counsel for the informant and the State.
The petitioner seeks bail in Shastri Nagar P.S. Case No. 264 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per written report, the informant and petitioners were having business and the petitioner got the supply of articles on credit amounting to Rs.6,72,000 which was to be paid to the informant by the petitioner .
Counsel for the petitioner submits that payment could not be made due to some family dispute. He further submits that he will try to settle the account within three

In such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to be released on provisional bail for a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Judge-IV cum ACJM, Patna, in connection with Shastri Nagar P.S. Case No. 264 of 2018 subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
In the event such amicable settlement is arrived at between the parties, both the parties will file necessary petition in the court below to this effect and thereafter, the court below will confirm the provisional bail granted to the petitioner. This application stands disposed off.
