This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 20.06.2019 passed in CWJC No.7837 of 2019, bringing the fact to the notice of this Court that the original petitioner, namely, Deepak Kumar, in whose name the vehicle was registered, has died on 02.05.2019, during the pendency of writ application and the present petitioner being father of Deepak Kumar has come forward making a substitution of his
Patna High Court MJC No.3526 of 2019(3) dt.24-10-2019 2/2 name in place of Deepak Kumar.
In such view of the matter, let the name of present petitioner, namely, Janardan Prasad be substituted in place of original petitioner, namely, Deepak Kumar and the vehicle may be released in favour of the present petitioner Janardan Prasad in the same terms and conditions as mentioned in the order dated 20.06.2019.
Accordingly, the order dated 20.06.2019 is modified to the aforesaid extent only.
This petition stands disposed of.
