JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 21-06-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Banka P.S. Case No. 958 of 2016 registered under Sections-420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners was rejected by this court vide order dated 24-03-2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7883 of 2017 directing the petitioners to surrender in the court below and to seek regular bail.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that vide Annexure-3A series, the mark sheet of the petitioners was found to be correct.

In such circumstances, petitioners are directed to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27127 of 2017 (2) dt.21-06-2017 2/2 surrender in the court below within four weeks along with Annexure-3A series and the court below will consider the prayer for bail of the petitioners in accordance with law taking into consideration the fact that the mark sheet submitted by the petitioners was found correct by the concerned authority and, the court below will dispose of the bail petition of the petitioners on the same day.
