The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Turkaulia (Banjaria) P.S. Case No. 629 of 2015 registered under Sections 328, 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the serious nature of allegation that the petitioner poisoned his wife to death, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.

Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner is rejected.
