JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 13-06-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned APP appearing on behalf of the State. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Raghunathpur P.S. Case No.16 of 2017, registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation in brief is that due to partition dispute, the petitioners started assaulting the informant and his son Rajan Bhagat and petitioner nos.2 and 3 assaulted in the abdomen of the informant with knife and other parts of the body causing bleeding injury as a result of which the informant became unconscious. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both

The learned APP opposes the prayer of bail and submits that impugned order itself reflects that grievous injury was caused on left and right chest of the informant Lalan Bhagat Having considered the said facts and circumstances, this Court does not find it a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Raghunathpur P.S. Case No.16 of 2017 is rejected. (Arun Kumar, J.
