2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 406, 409, 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. In the present F.I.R., the petitioner is said to have defalcated Rs. 13,67,005/-.
4. The petitioner is accused of defalcation of Rs. 2,48,33,646/- for which Arwal P.S. Case No. 109/2017 is also pending. The petitioner is in jail since 04.12.2021.
5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. The trial of both the cases registered against the petitioner are directed to be expedited.
7. The Bank will take all steps to get the trial concluded at the earliest.
