The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gwalpara P.S. Case No. 172 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 341, 307, 427, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and no specific overt act is attributed to him. There is a case and counter case between the parties. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since12.10.2018.
