The grievance has been raised by the petitioner that the D.C.L.R. has again remanded back the matter to the Circle Officer which cannot be subject matter of the contempt proceeding.
Patna High Court MJC No.788 of 2015 (3) dt.20-05-2015 2/2 If the petitioner still feels aggrieved, he may challenge the order of the D.C.L.R. at the appropriate stage. With the above observation, this petition is disposed of.
