The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 56 of 2022 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 452, 379, 354(B), 366(A)/511 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4/8 of the POCSO Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to dirty village politics. Further submission is that the complaint case has been lodged after a delay of 2 weeks without there being any explanation for the same.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61758 of 2022(2) dt.04-01-2023 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional District Judge-VI-cum-Special Judge (POCSO) Act, Sitamarhi in connection with Riga P.S.
