From perusal of the First Information Report., I find that cognizable offence under Section 419, 420, 467, 468/471/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code is made out. The F.I.R.,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52603 of 2013 (6) dt.16-05-2016 2/2 in such circumstances, can not be quashed in exercise of power under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C.
It goes without saying that the petitioners shall be at liberty to raise any point as has been raised in the present application at appropriate stage of framing of charge or any other subsequent stage, as may be permissible to him in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid observation this application stands disposed of.
