The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Vidyapati Nagar P.S. Case No. 124 of 2015 registered under Sections 363, 328, 376(2)(g)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the gravity of the offence as also the fact that there is specific allegation against the petitioner and two others that they raped the informant of the case, a minor girl aged about 14 years, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
