The petitioners in the present case are seeking anticipatory bail in Warsaliganj P.S. Case No. 9/16 registered under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks.
