ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 10-02-2016 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 15.10.2015 passed in Cr.Misc.No.46622 of 2015. By order dated 15.10.2015 the Petitioners were granted anticipatory bail, but due to unforeseen circumstances, the Petitioners could not appear on time.

Considering the same, three weeks further time from the date of receipt of this order is allowed to the Petitioners for surrender in the Court below.

Application stands allowed.

The Petitioners are directed to deposit a sum of Rs.250/- each in the concerned District Legal Aid Committee. Let this order be communicated to the court of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with
