2. In this case, the petitioners are seeking regular bail in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 429 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(A) & 21(a) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. Recovery is of 135 grams of Ganja and 7 grams of Smack from the petitioners.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner no.2 is having clean antecedent whereas the petitioner no.1 has two criminal antecedents. The petitioners are under custody since 27.06.2024.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 429 of 2024, subject to the following condition:- (i) The petitioners shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make themselves available as and when required by the court.
