JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners are not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, the name of petitioners surfaced in this case in confessional statement of co-accused Din Dayal. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have not only been made accused in the present case but they have been remanded in other cases also and as a matter of fact, all the cases in which petitioners were made accused had been registered against unknown persons.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners, above
