The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kawakol P.S. Case No. 67 of 2019 registered under Sections 366(A) and 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. In the present case, the complaint case is filed after lapse of one and half years of the alleged occurrence. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below
