Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in Darauda P.S. Case No. 91/2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The deceased was killed within seven years of marriage due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry and torture. Petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased and there is direct allegation of demand of dowry and torture against her. Under the facts and circumstances, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. It is, accordingly, dismissed. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
