The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Shyampur Bhatahan P.S. Case No.23 of 2018 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that Suresh Singh impersonated the informant and got the sale deed with regard to the land of informant executed in his favour.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The vendors of the land claimed that they sold the land in favour of Suresh Singh. The said Suresh Singh and other accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail. The name of petitioner surfaced in the case during course of investigation.
Having considered the facts and the nature of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.79986 of 2018(2) dt.10-01-2019 2/2 allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Sheohar in connection with Shyampur Bhatahan P.S. Case No.23 of 2018 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
