====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 03-08-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner rand learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The grievance of the petitioner is payment of honorarium.

Learned counsel submits that petitioner was appointed as "Tola Sevak" in Aprial 2012 and thereafter petitioner was working but the honorarium admissible was denied to the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed

Patna High Court CWJC No.19836 of 2014(2) dt.03-08-2018 2/2 of with direction to the District Programme Officer, Saksharata Mission , Samastipur to verify the record whether the petitioner has discharged their responsibility on the post of "Tola Sevak" and he may pass appropriate order with regard to payment of honorarium for the aforesaid period. Final decision as to payment of honorarium of the petitioner be taken by the respondent District Programme Officer, Samastipur within a maximum period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
