The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 379, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is of commission of injury at the head of informant Saryu Singh with farsa. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that false implication is there due to dispute relating to family property and a suit for partition is already going on between the parties.
The Doctor has found incised wound on the right occipital region of informant Saryu Singh.

No.18674 of 2017 (3) dt.22-06-2017 2/2 After hearing the parties and considering the fact that the petitioner had knowledge that his act might cause death, I am not inclined to enlarge him on anticipatory bail in connection with Dawath Police Station Case No. 09 of 2016 pending in the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj. Hence, prayer for bail is refused.
