JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-05-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 324, 224, 353, 332, 333 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged against the petitioner that he escaped from the custody of police while Chaukidar was taking him to produce before the learned Principal Judge, Family Court. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation gets falsified from the fact that the petitioner was produced before the learned Principal Judge, Family Court on 17.10.2014 and was released on bail vide order dated 18.10.2014. The aforesaid facts constitute good ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13570 of 2015 (2) dt.11-05-2015 2/2 Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner if he surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Mairwa P.S. Case No. 210 of 2014 pending in the court of learned CJM, Siwan.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
