The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Basantpur P. S. Case No. 133 of 2015 registered for offences punishable under sections 413, 414, 467, 468, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that the police apprehended two persons namely, Kishore Prasad and Rahul Prasad Singh @ Kunal Singh with two stolen motorcycles, who disclosed the name of four other persons including the name of the petitioner as his associates. Thereafter one Pick up Bolero, one pick up van and one Hero Super Splendor motorcycle from the Balpatta Cannel Bridge under Basantpur Police station were seized.

No.2938 of 2016 (3) dt.18-03-2016 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the owner of one of the pick up Bolero which was seized from the house of driver and the petitioner having no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 25.07.2015. Considering the facts and circumstances, the above named petitioner, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri M..K. Srivastava, learned Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection of Basantpur P. S. Case No. 133 of 2015.
