The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 244C of 2014 instituted under Sections 147, 149, 323, 379, 448, 494 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation, in brief, is that complainant's son got married with Pinki though she had love affairs with one Pradip Raj but she was not ready to live in her matrimonial home and ten days prior to the occurrence, she was brought back by her family members to the complainant's house. It is alleged that Anita Devi came to the complainant's house and kept Rs. 5 lacs and jewellery stealthily in a bag and on the pretext of some

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was only a mediator in the marriage and as the matrimonial relationship could not continue, he has been falsely implicated in this case.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, namely, Sunil Kumar, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Jigar Sah, Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Sheikhpura in connection with Complaint Case No. 244C of 2014; subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
