JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Ramesh Chandra, learned A.P.P. as well as Sri Vivek Kumar Singh, learned counsel ,who has voluntarily appeared on behalf of informant i.e. wife of the petitioner.

The petitioner apprehending his arrest in connection with Sikarhatta P.S. Case No.25 of 2014, registered for the offence under Section 498A, 494/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, has prayed for grant of bail.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the informant has informed that the petitioner has already solemnized second marriage without divorce from the informant. In view of the facts and circumstances, I do not find any

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46068 of 2014 (2) dt.10-04-2015 2/2 ground for extending the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The petitions stands dismissed.
