The petitioners are languishing in custody since 13.12.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 47(a) of the Excise Act.

280 litres of country made liquor along with other raw materials were seized from the room near the bore well of Birbal Pandit.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the recovery has not been made from the petitioners and investigation has already concluded.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13151 of 2015 (02) dt.07-04-2015 2/2 A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Kopa P.S. Case No. 127 of 2014.
