Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Woman Sadar P. S. case no. 08/2014 registered under sections 498A, 494 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/ 4 of the D.P. Act. Petitioner no.1 is mother-in-law, petitioner no.2 is Nanad of the informant and so far petitioner no.3 is concerned, he happens to be husband of petitioner no.2.

It appears from perusal of the FIR that a dispute arose between the parties after solemnization of second marriage of husband of informant.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14436 of 2015 (2) dt.07-04-2015 and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Munger in Woman Sadar P. S. case no. 08/2014 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
