JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 11-09-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of her arrest in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 158 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is that she got appointment on the basis of forged certificate. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that she is already removed from service and she is ready to abide by the condition imposed on her.
Heard learned counsel for the vigilance also. In view of the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within two weeks from the receipt of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57320 of 2019(2) dt.11-09-2019 2/2 order be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Court below in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 158 of 2019 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. and further condition is that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the Court concerned with further condition that she shall cooperate in the investigation, otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled.
