The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sanjhauli P.S. Case No.23 of 2019 registered under Sections 147, 149, 188, 283 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation against the petitioner is that he along with two others, named in the F.I.R., and 20-25 unknown had blockade the road with the banner of Rashtriya Janta Dal and Rashtriya Lok Samta Party.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while the petitioner is named in the F.I.R. but no specific overt act is attributed to him. The petitioner was only present in blockading the road along with others. The petitioner has no criminal

Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender by him within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram (Rohtas), in connection with Sanjhauli P.S. Case No.23 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) P.S./- U T
