Petitioner is said to have assaulted the informant, namely, Lalsa Devi who appears to have sustained altogether 7 injuries and out of the aforesaid 7 injuries, 4 injuries appear to be abrasion, one injury bruise, one injury swelling. Moreover, all the injuries were simple in nature caused by hard and blunt substance. There is counter case also and it is stated that in the counter case, petitioner as well as his father, too, sustained injuries.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in Kuchaikote P.S.
