2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304 B, 494 and 34 of Indian Penal Code .

3 . Earlier, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 21.02.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 89597 of 2024 .

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that charge has already been framed on 08.10.2025 and petitioner is in custody since 13.05.2024 .

5 . Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application .

6. Considering the period of custody and

Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addiional Sessions Judge V Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Narayanpur P. S. Case No. 13 of 2024 .
