2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections-436, 324, 326 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, some miscreants committed arson in the house of the informant due to which, the informant's daughters namely, Raj Nandini Kumari, Bharti Kumari and Bhawana Kumari suffered injuries.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. On exactly similar footing, co-accused Amit Sah, whose name transpired in the present case in the confessional statement of co-accused, has been granted bail by order dated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65326 of 2025(3) dt.07-11-2025 2/2 18.09.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 64153 of 2024. Nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is under custody since 26.04.2025.

5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-I, Naugachhia, Bhagalpur in connection with Gopalpur (Rangra) P.S. Case No. 42 of 2024 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 529 of 2024.
