2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Marhauroh P.S. Case No. 608 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 117(3), 118(2), 109, 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of assaulting the victims.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. He submits that the occurrence had took place due to land dispute between the parties. The petitioner is in custody since 13.06.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. 1st Class, Saran at Chapra/concerned Court below in connection with Marhauroh P.S. Case No. 608 of 2024.
