JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 08-04-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. A) To issue a writ in the nature of certiorari setting aside the order dated 01.07.2023 passed in Anganbari Appeal Case No. 20/2022 passed by District Officer, Supaul by which he was pleased to allow the appeal preferred by Respondent No.10 and directed District Programme Officer (I.C.D.S.), Supaul to terminate the petitioner from the engagement of Aganbari Sewika and to issue appointment letter in favour of Respondent No. 10 (Puja Kumari).
B) To issue a writ in nature of mandamus
Patna High Court CWJC No.15353 of 2023(2) dt.08-04-2024 2/2 commanding and directing the Respondents to reinstate the petitioner back a post/engagement of Aganbari Sewika, with all consequential benefits." 2.
At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a civil suit before the learned civil court of competent jurisdiction. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
