JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL ORDER 30-03-2016 It is stated that the petitioner no. 1 namely, Pappu Haddi has already been arrested and as such his anticipatory bail application has become infructuous.
2. As prayed, the anticipatory bail application as against petitioner no. 1 namely, Pappu Haddi, is permitted to be withdrawn and is dismissed as such.
3. The petitioner no. 2 has renewed his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 150 of 2012 for the offences alleged under Sections 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act which was earlier rejected by order dated 14.10.2014 in Cr. Misc. No. 26893 of 2013.
