JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 15-04-2024 At the outset, the learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed a review petition dated 12.06.2016 before the respondent no.2, i.e. the Principal Secretary, Public Health Engineering Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, however, the same has not been disposed off till date, hence the respondent no.2 be directed to dispose off the same, within a stipulated time frame.

The learned counsel for the respondent-State submits that in case the aforesaid review petition is still pending, the respondent no.2 shall pass the final order, within a stipulated time frame, as fixed by this Court.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to direct the respondent no.2, i.e. the Principal Secretary, Public Health Engineering Department, Government of Bihar, Patna to dispose off the aforesaid review petition, filed by the petitioner, in case the same has not yet been disposed off, by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks of receipt/production of a copy of this order. 4.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
