Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner had purchased one Bolero vehicle from one Bimal Kumar and subsequently the petitioner got registered the aforesaid vehicle in his name, which is evident from Annexure-2 series to the petition. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner Shankar Kumar Mahto @ Shankar Mahto @ Munna be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani, in connection with Sakari P.S. No. 121/2015.
